VS403200: User Stakeholder License security subject is denied ManagePermissions – AzureDevOps Error

Full Error:
VS403200: User Stakeholder License security subject is denied ManagePermissions permissions on dashboard resources

Solution:
This error usually occurs when the user is not part of Project Administrators group.Only those users who have Project Admin rights will have access to delete Dashboards

For Stakeholders – their licenses needs to be changed to basic and they should be added to Project Administrators group
