VS402356: You don’t have the permissions required to perform the attempted operation – Azure DevOps Error

Full Error:
VS402356: You don’t have the permissions required to perform the attempted operation on this process

Solution:
This error usually occurs when the user is not part of Project Collection Admin.Only those users who have Organizational Admin rights will be able to disable or enable a workitem type.

For Stakeholders – their licenses needs to be changed to basic and they should be added to Project Collection Admin group
