Adding a new extension in Azure DevOps

Some of these extensions are from Microsoft itself and Microsoft publishes it under Microsoft DevLabs as you see over here

The extensions can be searched directly in Azure DevOps MarketPlace and can be installed in the Azure DevOps organization
